Primed with degrees in Business Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management, Conrad Topacio spent the early part of his career working in the hospitality industry in San Francisco, Hawaii, and Seattle. With a deep love of food, profound people skills, and a thirst for knowledge, he thrived in a variety of positions from Banquet Chef and Kitchen Manager to Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef.

In 1991, after 20 successful years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Topacio joined Imperial Real Estate and began his career in Commercial Real Estate. His vast knowledge of the workings of the hospitality industry and his ambition were essential in the acclaim that he received and his speedy rise to the top tier of Seattle’s Commercial Real Estate professionals. In 1996, he joined Prudential Real Estate, which eventually became Quorum Real Estate, where in 1998, his diligence was acknowledged with a “Top Producer” Award. In his time at Quorum, Mr. Topacio began working with venture capitalists, and it came as no surprise to anyone when he later parlayed his dual passions into a handful of successful ventures, including two of Seattle’s premier nightclubs, The Showbox and Baltic Room, as well as a beloved neighborhood restaurant, the Acorn Eatery & Bar.

In 2001, Mr.Topacio became a Commercial Broker with John Paul Mitchell Associates, where his area of expertise in Commercial Real Estate lies in Commercial, and Multi Units sales along with Business Acquisitions, Sales and Venture Capital Investments. To this day, it is his strong work ethic, gregarious personality, and deep-seated ties to the hospitality community that play a key role in Mr. Topacio’s thriving career.

Mr. Topacio is a member of many organizations including: the Washington Restaurant Association, the Commercial Brokers Association, the Northwest Multiple Listings Association, and the American Culinary Federation. He is also honored to be a member of the Washington Liquor Control Board’s volunteer liquor task force.

Carrie Field Topacio spent 20 years honing her communication and management skills in Seattle’s hospitality industry. She enjoyed a wide range of positions from catering sales manager of Seattle’s premier private club, the Columbia Tower Club, to bartending at Seattle’s most well known landmark, the Space Needle. Mrs. Field Topacio partnered with her husband on a number of business opportunities where her roles, as co-owner of the Baltic Room and co-owner/operator of the Acorn Eatery & Bar and The Nutty Time Double Decker Bus, were instrumental in the success of each venture.

In 2005, Mrs. Field Topacio became a Commercial Agent and joined her husband at John Paul Mitchell as a Sales Associate. She lends her extensive management training, immense organizational skills, and her dynamic personality to the team. Once again, her hands-on customer service and deep knowledge of the business have been invaluable to the growth of the business, which has doubled in the last three years.

Mrs. Field Topacio was a founding member of the Crown Hill Chamber of Commerce and served as Vice President from 2004-2005. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bastyr University.

A highly accomplished individual with experience in domestic, government, and international operations, Sandy Turek retired from federal service after 29 years. The goal was to discontinue work related travel and be closer to family. After a month of "retirement", Sandy set about obtaining her Real Estate License. Sandy Turek has been instrumental in the evolution of Vantage Commercial Partners, bringing a strong business background with her. She is the Office Manager - Executive Assistant, allowing for demonstrated organization, customer service, communication, and project management skills proven by her successful careers.

Sandy Turek has owned her own businesses and conducted all phases of management and customer service. From owning a small "mom and pop" grocery store, to a gravel and backhoe service, Sandy has demonstrated her ability to communicate with the public, provide organization in a business, and follow through on projects. Sandy Turek's many years of government service have enhanced these traits.

Sandy Turek is a well respected member of the MK 46 Torpedo community and has received numerous awards from both US and foreign governments for customer service, communication, project management, and organization.
